Orders

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and include only what is stated on the product page. A promotion applies only while it is published on the store and only to the products it names.
Available payment methods are the ones shown at checkout, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer. Payment details are used to complete the order and are not stored on this page.
Delivery
Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order. Orders at or above Rs 1,500 may qualify for the free-delivery offer shown on this store.
Delivery time depends on your city, the courier and whether the item is in stock. An estimated time on the site is a guide, not a guaranteed clock time. Please give a phone number where the rider can reach you.

Returns
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact J K Products as soon as you receive it, with your order number and a photo where you can. The store will tell you whether the item can be replaced or refunded.
Opened food products that are not faulty are generally not returnable, because they cannot be resold safely. A refund, when approved, is made by the same method used to pay, or as the store confirms with you.
Your account
You are responsible for the email, phone number and password on your customer account, and for orders placed from that account. Do not use the store to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
Changes
